German/European Freelancer Needed for Recurring DRV Communication

I'm in need of a German speaker who can communicate with Deutsche Rentenversicherung (DRV) officials on my behalf. The purpose of this communication is to get status updates on the applications of my clients, specifically 1-5 clients. This is a recurring project. I prefer freelancers based in Germany or Europe. Detailed updates are required after each communication with Deutsche Rentenversicherung (DRV) officials.
