German-Speaking Instagram DM-Setter for High-Ticket Coaching

I am looking for a German-speaking freelancer to handle Instagram direct messaging for my fitness and health coaching business. The main goal is to contact cold leads, communicate via Instagram DMs, and identify prospects who may benefit from my coaching services. The freelancer will aim to book free 30-minute coaching calls with interested prospects.

Target group is: German-speaking individuals aged 40–70, including busy parents, professionals, and retirees, who are looking to improve their health and fitness after struggling with previous attempts.

Payment will be up to €20 per successful "show" (prospect attending the booked call). A bonus structure can also be discussed if the prospect purchases a coaching package.

Key Requirements:
- Fluent in German (written communication)
- Experience in lead generation and handling cold outreach
- Strong communication skills to engage prospects effectively
- Ability to book calls and track results accurately

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience as a DM-setter or similar role
- Familiarity with Instagram outreach strategies
- Background in fitness, health, or high-ticket sales is a plus
