About the Company You'll Be Working With
You'll be joining a fast-growing European cashback and savings platform that helps consumers save money when they shop online, through its website, newsletter and browser extension. The company works with hundreds of shops, brands and fintechs, mostly across the DACH region, through affiliate networks like Awin as well as direct partnerships. It reaches around 110,000 account holders every week through its newsletter.
The Opportunity
This is a commercial partnerships role at its core. You'll own relationships with the company's affiliate partners and networks, sell paid placements on the website and newsletter, and bring in new partners that pay well for high-quality traffic. It's a hands-on role with real ownership. You'll price and negotiate deals yourself and escalate only the big decisions.
What You'll Be Doing

Running the partnership inbox and answering partners and networks quickly, including offer requests, commission and tracking questions, and traffic or fraud queries

Building and maintaining a media kit, then selling and booking website placements and weekly newsletter slots

Negotiating better terms with existing partners, such as higher CPA or CPS rates, exclusive codes and bonus commissions, especially ahead of Black Friday and Q4

Bringing in new shops, brands and fintechs through affiliate networks and direct deals, with a focus on high-basket and high-commission verticals

Tracking partner performance, including clicks, conversion, EPC, basket size, commission and rejection rates, and flagging underperformers

Reporting weekly on placement revenue, pipeline, top and bottom partners, and open issues

What We're Looking For

Fluent German is a must, as most partners and networks are in the DACH region

Good English

Experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships or performance marketing, from the publisher, network or advertiser side

Familiarity with commission models (CPA, CPS, CPC, CPL) and performance metrics like EPC and rejection rates, or the ability to pick them up quickly

Commercial instinct and confidence pricing and negotiating deals independently

Comfort using AI tools to handle inbox volume and speed up work like media kits and reporting

Self-driven and organised, able to work independently in a remote setup

Awareness of the reputational sensitivity around cashback and coupon extensions is a strong plus

Backgrounds That Tend to Fit Well

Affiliate Manager or Partnership Manager at a cashback, coupon, deal or comparison site

Account Manager or Publisher Manager at an affiliate network such as Awin, Adcell, CJ or financeAds

Affiliate or Performance Marketing Manager at an e-commerce brand or fintech

Partner Channel Manager or Business Development Manager in a partner-driven business

Influencer or creator partnerships manager working on performance-based deals
