German Solar Companies Data Entry

Simple Data Entry — Copy 3 Fields from German Company Websites (800 rows)

Project Overview
I have a Google Sheet with 800 German solar / photovoltaic companies. The sheet already contains:
Company name
Phone number
Website URL
Google Maps link
Category (e.g. Electrician, Solar Energy Company, Solar Technology Provider)
Street address
City

Your job is simple: open each company's website and copy 3 missing pieces of information into the sheet.
That's it. No research, no lead generation, no writing. Just open, copy, paste.
No German language skills required. I will show you exactly which page to open and exactly where the information sits on that page.

The 3 Fields You Fill In
Column What to Copy
Managing Director / Owner: Full name of the Geschäftsführer or Inhaber
Email Address: Business email (usually info@ or kontakt@)
Postal Code (PLZ): 5-digit German postal code

Where to Find It — This Makes the Job Easy:
By German law, every business website must have an "Impressum" page. It is almost always linked in the website footer.
This single page contains everything you need:
Managing director → look for Geschäftsführer, Inhaber, or Vertreten durch
Email → look for E-Mail or Kontakt
Postal code → the 5 digits before the city name in the address block

Workflow per row:
Click the website link already in the sheet
Scroll to the bottom → click "Impressum"
Copy the 3 fields
Next row

Most rows take under 2 minutes.
If Something Is Missing
Leave the cell empty. Do not write "not found", "N/A", or any placeholder text — just leave it blank and move on. This saves your time and mine.
Do not guess. Do not enter an employee name or a random name if no director is listed. Empty is better than wrong.

Duplicate Check
If some companies appear more than once in the list, mark them red.

Check them by looking at:
Same website domain
Same phone number
Same company name (ignore legal suffixes like GmbH, GbR, UG, e.K.)

Do not delete any rows — only mark them. I will handle deletion myself.

Volume, Test & Payment
Total: 800 rows
Test first: 20 rows. Complete the first 20 rows, then message me. I check the quality and approve you to continue. This takes me only a few minutes.
Timeline: 3 days maximum

I do not need daily updates, progress reports, or check-in messages. Please just do the work in the sheet and message me only:
When the first 20 test rows are done.
When all 800 rows are complete.
If something is genuinely blocking you.
I value a clean, correct, finished sheet over communication. Accuracy is the only thing I am judging.

Work directly in the Google Sheet I share with you
Do not use scraped databases — the data must come from the actual company websites
If you finish accurately and on time, I have a second list (heat pump companies) ready for the same job
