German SAP HCM Payroll Configuration

I need an SAP HCM payroll specialist who can jump straight into a German payroll environment running on SAP ECC. All work will be remote, but I still expect hands-on, system-level configuration—no advisory-only roles here.

Scope
• Localisation: the entire solution must comply with German tax, social-insurance and reporting rules, including any current legislative updates.
• Configuration: I will rely on you to design, build and unit-test Wage Types, PCRs and Schemas that reflect our negotiated union agreements and internal policies.
• Processing: once configuration is complete, you will help me run at least one full payroll cycle, analyse the log, and fine-tune any variances you discover.
• Knowledge transfer: before sign-off, I need clear documentation of each object you touch and a walkthrough recording so my internal team can maintain the setup.

Acceptance criteria
1. All statutory deductions and employer contributions balance to the cent against BZSt and SV requirements.
2. Wage Types, PCRs and Schemas are transported, activated and payroll-area tested without return-code errors.
3. Output files (ELStAM, DEÜV, ZfA, etc.) validate in the clearing programmes.
4. Documentation and walkthrough delivered and approved by our payroll lead.
