German Company Formation Specialist Lawyer Needed

We are looking for a German-registered and licensed lawyer who has experience in German company formation. WE have a Hungarian incorporated entity and operate with that, but we are extending our business to Germany. We would like to establish a German subsidiary because our regular taxpayer registration has not been processed since September and we are 4 months behind in sales. We thought that a regular GmbH or UG would be suitable, but it needs to be fast. Currently, 0 people would be employed in the entity and the most important thing is that our EU eMSP (Mobility Service Provider) permit/license would be inheritable. Because this way, not COMPANY Ltd. would have a German tax number, but COMPANY GmbH and this entity would sell charging, issue invoices and pay taxes.
Can you help with this company incorporation in Germany, end-to-end, including all filings, authority communications, etc.
