I recently submitted electrical drawings for a new RV park and the county returned plan-review comments. The permit department’s notes focus on the power service, main and sub-panels, and our load calculations. To move forward I must resubmit plans that fully satisfy Georgia’s permitting requirements and carry a Georgia professional engineer’s seal.

I need a Georgia-licensed Electrical PE who will dig into the existing CAD set, correct the service sizing, panel schedules, conductor and OCPD calls-outs, and update the load analysis so everything lines up with the 2023 NEC as adopted in Georgia. Once the revisions are complete, I’ll need your signed and sealed drawings (PDF plus the native DWG files) ready for immediate re-submission.

I will supply the current drawing set, the county’s red-line comments, and any additional site information you need. Turnaround time is important because my site work is already scheduled, so please let me know how quickly you can review, revise, and return a stamped package.

If you’re licensed in Georgia, comfortable with RV pedestal layouts, and confident you can satisfy the permit reviewer’s concerns, I’m ready to get started right away.
