GDPR Compliance Representative in Poland

POLAND ONLY – EU GDPR Article 27 Representative

We are a small UK company, SIMPLY EXPLAINED LTD, operating online services for users located in Poland.

We are looking for an independent individual or small business based in Poland to act as our EU GDPR Representative under Article 27 GDPR.

This is NOT a DPO role and we are NOT looking for a full GDPR audit or ongoing legal consultancy.

The role would mainly include:

– acting as our contact point in Poland for data subjects,
– acting as our contact point for the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO),
– forwarding any GDPR-related correspondence to SIMPLY EXPLAINED LTD,
– keeping access to our current Record of Processing Activities,
– cooperating with us if an actual request from UODO is received.

We will provide the relevant documentation and procedures.

We are looking for a fixed annual fee for acting as our Article 27 Representative. Any substantial additional work in case of an actual UODO investigation may be billed separately.

Requirements:

– you must be established or resident in Poland,
– experience with GDPR / data protection is strongly preferred,
– you must agree to your business/contact details being listed in our Privacy Policy as our EU Representative.

Please provide:

1. Your annual fee.
2. Your GDPR/data protection experience.
3. Confirmation that you are based in Poland.
4. Your hourly rate for any additional work, if required.
5. Confirmation that you understand the role of an Article 27 GDPR Representative.

We are a small new online business, so we are specifically looking for a simple and cost-effective arrangement rather than a large legal or compliance package.
