Project Goal:
I am looking for a retro developer to port/recreate Moorhuhn 2 / Winter Edition for the Game Boy Advance (as a .gba ROM playable on hardware flashcarts or emulators).
Technical Feasibility Context:
Moorhuhn Winter Edition (PC, 2000/2001) is older and built on the exact same engine/gameplay logic as Moorhuhn 3.
Since the original developers already successfully ported Moorhuhn 3 to the GBA in 2002, we know for a fact that the GBA hardware can easily handle this game mechanics-wise and graphically.
I need the Winter Edition version (snow background, winter sprites, sounds) brought to GBA using the same mechanics (moving crosshair, shooting, reload, timer, score).
I will supply the PC game files / ISO and the Moorhuhn 3 GBA ROM as a direct technical reference.
⚠️ STRICT BUDGET & TERMS – PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING:
Fixed Budget: $160 USD MAX (Non-negotiable).
Personal Project: I am an 18-year-old student funding this hobby project entirely from my own savings. I cannot add a single dollar more.
No High Bids / No Paid Prototypes: Do NOT bid if you want more money or if you are charging $160 just for a "feasibility test/prototype". I am looking for a functional homebrew build for this price.
Enthusiasts Welcome: Ideal for retro/GBA homebrew developers who love classic games and want a neat side project.
