Garden Workshop Construction Drawings

I need a full set of detailed construction drawings—complete with accurate measurements—for a timber-frame garden workshop clad in wood. Your plans must show the entire wall build-up: stud sizes, insulation type and thickness, breathable membrane, vapour control layer, sheathing, external cladding, fixings and any damp-proof detailing.

The precise footprint is still open for discussion (somewhere in the 4 m × 5 m to 6 m × 6 m range), so please structure the file so dimensions can be adjusted once I lock the final size.

Deliverables
• Scaled floor plan, four elevations and roof plan
• At least two cross-sections highlighting wall, floor and roof junctions
• Key construction notes and a simple materials schedule
• File formats: PDF for printing and the native CAD file (DWG or similar) for future edits

All drawings must be clear enough for a builder to price and construct from directly.
