I’m turning my open parking port into a fully enclosed garage—solid walls, an overhead vehicle door, and enough room inside for both parking and a small work area. Local code here is strict: the new footing must run 3 ft below grade on the exposed side and drop to basement level where the build ties into the house.

I need a licensed architect who can translate these requirements into clear 11 × 17 permit-ready sheets, stay with me through every revision, and keep adjusting until our county stamps the plans approved. The drawings must show:
• the new foundation detail that satisfies the depth rule
• wall layout with the overhead door
• at least one window or a side entry door for ventilation and egress
• interior shelving, cabinets, or a dedicated workbench zone
I will supply pictures, sketches, and information from the county.

You’ll supply PDF and printed sets, incorporate any comments from the building department, and be available for quick clarifications until the permit is in hand. If this sounds routine to you, let’s talk schedule and the number of iterations you expect before sign-off.
