I need a clean, accurate 3D model of a simple car garage 8x14m with 4 gates that I can use directly for construction planning and submit, together with 2D plans, to the local building authority. Because the drawings will serve an official purpose, dimensional fidelity is more important than photorealism; a basic‐structure level of detail is enough. Walls, roof pitches, openings, and slab heights must all be shown precisely, but interior furniture, textures, or elaborate materials are unnecessary.

From the finished model I will also require the conventional plan set most offices ask for—site plan, floor plan, roof plan, elevations, and a simple section—exported to both PDF and an editable CAD format (DWG or DXF). Each sheet has to include metric dimensions, scale bars, and title blocks so the authorities can verify compliance quickly.

I will supply overall footprint, height limits, and setback information as soon as we start. If you prefer working in SketchUp, Revit, Archicad, or similar BIM tools, that’s fine so long as the end files meet the criteria above.

The project will be complete once:

• The 3D file opens without errors.
• All 2D sheets align with the model and carry the required dimensions.
• Revisions requested by the authority (if any) are addressed within one round.

If this scope matches your skill set, I’m ready to begin right away.
