We are looking for a Web3-native social media content creator who can create content and actively participate in conversations online.
The role includes creating, posting, replying, commenting, engaging, reacting quickly, and understanding memes and trends to make the brand feel alive. It goes beyond scheduling a few posts each week.
Responsibilities:
- Create daily/regular social content, posts, and threads within the agreed part-time scope.
- Create simple graphics, images, memes, short videos, and other social formats.
- Publish and schedule content.
- Engage with users, projects, communities, and relevant accounts.
- Reply to comments and mentions and contribute to relevant Web3 conversations.
- Participate in trending conversations and suggest reactive content based on market/community trends.
- Help increase organic reach and visibility.
- Work with marketing and community roles while maintaining a consistent tone and brand personality.
Main channels may include X/Twitter, Discord, Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant Web3 channels.
Requirements:
- Previous social media experience and strong understanding of Web3/crypto culture.
- Excellent written English and natural writing for internet audiences.
- Basic visual/content creation ability.
- Comfort with memes and fast-moving trends.
- Strong X/Twitter knowledge and the ability to work independently.
Nice to have:
- Video editing skills.
- Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or AI content tool experience.
- Crypto meme-page or brand-account experience.
- An existing X/Twitter presence or portfolio.
Engagement: remote, flexible/part-time, ongoing monthly cooperation.
Compensation: approximately €500–€750/month depending on skill level and workload.
Screening questions:
1. Send examples of social accounts/content you have managed or created.
2. What Web3 accounts do you think are excellent at social media?
3. Write 3 example X/Twitter posts for a new Web3 brand.
4. Which tools do you use for images and video?
5. What monthly compensation would you expect?
Fully remote worldwide. The fixed project budget of €500–€750 covers ONE MONTH of work only. This is an ongoing monthly retainer, with scope and availability agreed within that budget.
We plan to make one initial hire across these four role searches, with potential additional hires later.
