Gaming Shorts Editor for Stream Highlights

I’m looking for an editor who lives and breathes gaming culture and can transform our live-streamed moments into punchy Shorts, Reels, and TikToks—fast. Most of my raw footage comes from Twitch and YouTube streams recorded through OBS/Streamlabs with multiple camera angles, overlays, alerts, and capture-card feeds. You’ll need to spot the clutch plays and jaw-dropping highlights across several AURA members, cut them down into tight 15-60-second stories, and add hooks, captions, sound design, and pacing that hold attention right to the final frame.

A solid grasp of popular titles, current meta shifts, and meme language is essential; I don’t want a carbon copy of whatever trend is flooding the timeline today. Instead, I want edits that feel native to each platform yet still reflect our brand voice. Familiarity with Discord-based communities will help you understand how our inside jokes, callouts, and rivalries can be woven into the narrative.

Although short-form is priority one, I’ll occasionally ask you to coordinate a thumbnail or quick promo graphic, so light Photoshop or Canva skills are a plus. If you already have a graphics partner in mind, I’m open to collaboration there.

Speed is critical—I’d like to start turning around finished clips ASAP once you receive the raw VOD timestamps.
