Project Description
We’re looking for a freelancer to research and identify active Ludo and gaming communities across India and Pakistan.
The main goal is to build a high-quality database of relevant communities and the people who manage them. Our team will handle the main outreach, but we may ask you to provide a warm introduction to selected community admins where possible.
What You’ll Do
1. Find active Ludo, mobile gaming, board game, esports, and tournament communities in India and Pakistan.
2. Search across Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram, Reddit, Discord, gaming forums, and other relevant platforms.
3. Identify the admins, owners, moderators, or community managers behind these communities.
4. Create and maintain a Google Sheet containing all research and contact information.
5. Where you already have a relationship with an admin or community, provide a warm introduction to our team if needed.
The Sheet Should Include
* Community name
* Platform
* Community/group link
* Country: India or Pakistan
* Type of gaming community
* Approximate number of members/followers
* Admin/owner name
* Admin contact details or social profile
* Email/phone/WhatsApp where publicly available or appropriately provided
* Notes about the community
* Warm introduction possible: Yes/No
Who We’re Looking For
Ideally, you already understand the Indian or Pakistani gaming ecosystem, especially Ludo and mobile gaming.
Experience with Facebook Groups, Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, esports communities, gaming influencers, or community research is a strong advantage. Hindi, Urdu, or other relevant local-language skills are also useful.
When Bidding

* Approximately how many quality communities with admin contacts you believe you can find
* Whether you already have relationships with any gaming community admins
