G+4 Reinforced Concrete Design

I have a 30 ft × 40 ft plot and need a complete structural design for a ground-plus-four-storey building. The work covers every primary element⁠—foundation, columns and beams, and the roof structure⁠—all in reinforced concrete as my chosen material.

What I expect from you:
• Signed-off structural calculations that show load paths, sizing, factors of safety and compliance with the relevant local code.
• Detailed drawings (PDF + editable CAD) for foundations, column/beam layouts, reinforcement schedules and roof framing.
• A concise design report that explains assumptions, load combinations and any software output you rely on.

Speed matters: I’d like the first full draft as soon as possible, so let me know your realistic timeline in days along with the tools you plan to use (ETABS, STAAD, SAP2000, Revit, AutoCAD or similar). I’m ready to supply architectural plans and soil data the moment we start.
