I have three examples developed with a webpage, and independent Google Forms, and Google Sheets (Names: Search; Machine Failure; Hiring)
These 3 problems are identical - except for the names...

#### Task 1:
“Search” example is working fine.
But there are a couple of minor issues with the other two – pertaining to the issue of emails.
1. Make “Machine Failure”, and “Hiring” – issue emails as in the “Search” example.
2. Change some text in the templates of all three (simple changes)

#### Task 2:
We have created a new example “Doctor” – we already have the website, and the associated G-Form, and G-Sheets.
The logic is slightly different – the other examples deal with two options “A”, and “B”-
The Doctor example deals with three options.

Make the “Doctor” example logic function in the same way as the others.
