Fusion Abaya Designer Needed

I’m launching a fresh Abaya label and need a creative fashion designer who can bounce ideas with me, then turn them into fully-realised pieces. The collection should sit comfortably in a fusion space—respecting the traditional silhouette while weaving in contemporary cuts, trims, or detailing that make each look feel current.

Lace will be our hero fabric, so you’ll need a strong grasp of how to drape, layer, or applique it without compromising the modest flow of an Abaya. I already have rough mood-board references; what I’m missing are professional sketches, detailed technical packs, and guidance on pattern cutting and finishing so the atelier can sample accurately.

Deliverables
• 5–7 concept sketches reflecting the fusion vision
• Tech packs (fabric specs, trims, measurements, stitch details) for each approved design
• Pattern outlines or digital pattern files ready for sampling
• Short sourcing note on where to obtain high-quality lace suited to the designs
