I need a complete Fusion 360 workflow prepared for a new stone-based product I’m developing. The goal is to receive a clean 3D model along with CAM tool-paths that I can load straight into my stone CNC machine.

Scope
• Create or refine the 3D geometry in Fusion 360 to match my concept sketches (I’ll share them once we start).
• Set up the manufacturing workspace, define all required tools and cutting parameters for hard stone.
• Generate roughing, finishing and detailing strategies so the part comes off the machine ready for minimal hand polishing.
• Hand back the .f3d file plus an exported NC file and a brief note on work-holding and coolant recommendations.

I’ll need:
STEP file
STL file
Separate G code compatible with RichAuto A18 controller.
Tooling list and machining setup instructions

If you have prior examples of stone machining in Fusion 360, that will speed up our collaboration.

We are using a 6090 stone cnc with a 5.5KW spindle. We have a rotary attachment. It has vertical motion only so side cutting, ball attachments will be required for internal areas.
You will notice that the jug has a plug. This is so we can access the internal areas of the jug. It will need to be machined from both ends for the internal.

This is one of many projects we will be creating.
