I need fully-parametric gear models and some parts created in Autodesk Fusion 360. The work is strictly mechanical: I’ll supply overall dimensions, loads and speed requirements, and you’ll translate them into production-ready 3D models that behave correctly when mated and rotated together.
What matters most is your intuitive grasp of how gears mesh and transmit motion; I’m not after flashy renders, just solid, machinist-friendly geometry. Once the CAD is approved I’d like to keep the door open for you, or someone you recommend, to machine the parts, so please model with real-world tolerances, materials and tooling limits in mind.
Deliverables
• Native Fusion 360 files (.f3d) with fully editable parametric timelines
• STEP and STL exports for CAM and 3D-printing trials
• A brief note on module, pressure angle and any critical fits so the parts can be manufactured without guesswork
I’ll review the files by assembling them in Fusion 360 and running interference checks. If everything rotates freely and the dimensions hit the spec, the job’s done—and we can discuss the manufacturing phase next.
