I regularly receive door and panel concepts sketched by hand (occasionally as PDFs) and need them transformed into production-ready files for my CNC router. For each request, you will take the raw sketch, rebuild it accurately in Fusion 360, apply appropriate toolpaths for my machine and material, and export clean, verified G-code.

Because jobs come in whenever a customer approves a new design, turnaround time is tight: once I send a sketch, I’ll need the Fusion file and code promptly so I can keep the shop schedule moving. If everything runs smoothly, this will become an ongoing, repeating collaboration.

When you reply, include a brief but detailed outline of how you tackle sketch interpretation, model creation, CAM setup, and G-code verification in Fusion 360. If you’ve solved similar “sketch-to-CNC” challenges before, a short note or screenshot of the result will help me understand your approach.

Deliverables for each design:
• Fusion 360 project file (fully parametric).
• Post-processed G-code configured for my CNC router.
• A quick reference image or PDF showing toolpaths and final geometry for double-checking on the shop floor.

Let me know any technical specifics you’ll need from me—bit library, machine post, material thickness, etc.—and we can lock those in before the first job. Looking forward to seeing how you would handle the workflow.
