Fusion 360 Central Boss Model

I need a very simple central boss created in Autodesk Fusion 360 so I can move straight to prototyping. I will provide a drawing with the exact dimensions and tolerances; please follow them precisely. The part is intentionally basic—think a clean sketch and a single revolve or extrude—so no extra features unless I ask.

Deliverables
• Native Fusion 360 (.f3d) file; a STEP file is a welcome bonus.
• Geometry that matches my supplied dimensions within ±0.05 mm.
• Fully constrained sketches and no broken references.
