Project Overview
I’m building a lead-generation funnel for an upcoming e-commerce brand and need an experienced freelancer to connect, complete, and improve the automation using Tally, Zapier, and Klaviyo.
The assessment and funnel have already been created in Tally. I’m not looking for a complete redesign or a full marketing strategy, but I would like you to review the current quiz and recommend or implement practical improvements that create a smoother, clearer customer experience.
The goal is to have the entire process working reliably—from completing the quiz, to joining the waitlist, to receiving the appropriate email communication.
Scope of Work
1. Connect the existing Tally forms to Klaviyo using Zapier.
2. Ensure assessment submissions and waitlist registrations are captured correctly.
3. Transfer customer information, including email addresses, assessment results, and registration status.
4. Prevent duplicate or conflicting subscriber records when someone completes the assessment and later joins the waitlist.
5. Set up appropriate Klaviyo audience segments, tags, custom properties, and automated triggers.
6. Create and configure the necessary email sequence or sequences in Klaviyo.
7. Draft the email copy for the sequence, including confirmation, follow-up, results-related, waitlist, and other relevant emails based on the funnel flow.
8. Recommend any information or input needed from me to make the emails accurate and aligned with the brand. If you need me to provide messaging, product details, brand voice, offers, or specific points I want included, please ask before finalizing the emails.
9. Review the current Tally quiz and suggest or implement reasonable improvements to the questions, wording, flow, required fields, or user experience.
10. Ensure the quiz results and follow-up communication are clear and consistent for the customer.
11. Test the complete funnel from start to finish, including quiz completion, waitlist registration, segmentation, duplicate handling, and email delivery.
12. Fix any issues discovered during testing.
13. Provide a brief walkthrough explaining how the automation, segments, and email sequence work, along with any recommendations for future improvements.
Desired Customer Experience
The completed funnel should feel clear, professional, and seamless. Customers should understand what happens after they complete the quiz, receive the appropriate follow-up communication, and be able to join the waitlist without confusion or duplicate messaging.
I want the final system to be functional and ready to use, not just partially connected. Please communicate with me throughout the project if you need information, approval, email content, product details, or clarification about what I want customers to experience.
