Fundraising Specialist for Anime Social Platform

I am looking for an experienced startup fundraising specialist, fundraising agency, or investment advisor who can handle the entire fundraising process for my startup, Animexirooms, from beginning to end.

Animexirooms is an anime-focused social platform that I am developing with features such as communities, profiles, chats, watch rooms/watch parties, creator streaming, and other social and entertainment features.

I do not want someone who will only give me advice or send me a list of investors. I want someone who can actively take responsibility for the fundraising process and work with me until we secure investment.

I need you to handle as much as possible, including:

Understanding my startup, business model, vision, and future plans
Evaluating what needs to be improved before approaching investors
Helping improve the business model and fundraising strategy
Creating or improving my professional pitch deck
Preparing financial projections and fundraising materials
Helping determine how much funding we should raise and what valuation/terms may be reasonable
Creating an investor target list
Finding relevant angel investors, VCs, family offices, strategic investors, entertainment companies, gaming companies, anime-related companies, and technology investors
Finding investor contact information
Writing professional investor outreach emails/messages
Contacting investors on my behalf where legally and practically possible
Following up with investors
Getting introductions through your own investor network if possible
Arranging investor meetings
Preparing me for investor meetings, questions, and presentations
Helping present Animexirooms professionally
Helping answer investor questions and due-diligence requests
Assisting with negotiations
Helping us move interested investors toward an actual investment
Supporting the fundraising process through closing

I am especially interested in someone who already has real relationships with angel investors, VC firms, or other investors and has successfully helped early-stage startups raise money before.

Animexirooms is currently an early-stage startup, so experience with pre-seed and seed fundraising is very important.

Experience with social media, anime, gaming, entertainment, streaming, creator platforms, or consumer technology would be a major advantage.

I currently have a limited upfront budget. I am willing to discuss a success-based compensation structure of up to 5% of the investment actually raised through your work, subject to a written agreement and applicable laws.

My goal is to find a long-term professional who can essentially become my fundraising partner and help take Animexirooms from its current stage to successfully raising investment.
