I need a durable nylon part printed for real-world use. These are bun feet 43mm designed to raise the height of 4 chairs. They need to withstand maximum loads of say 100kg. They should be a matt black coloured material. I need 16 units made (4 chairs with 4 legs each)
Attached is a sketch of what I am looking for. Your first step will be to translate those references into a watertight, ready-to-print 3D file (STEP or STL preferred). Once I approve the model, I’ll need one sample part printed, finished and shipped to me.
Deliverables
* Printable CAD file derived from my sketches
* Brief note on material/process used and any tolerance considerations. Will the prints be solid or hollow? (I think solid)
* One production-quality nylon sample print, accurately finished to spec to send to me for confirmation
* Once I have confirmed, print the remaining quantity
It is possible that I may need to adjust the dimensions slightly on the sample once i receive and test it
I’m happy to answer questions so we can move from modelling to printing.
