I’m launching a staffing agency website that feels lively and approachable yet still runs like clockwork. The core build includes:
• Profile hub – separate, fully editable dashboards for employers and employees so each can manage résumés, company info, availability, and documents.
• Job engine – employers post shifts or long-term roles on a calendar view; qualified employees can search, apply, accept, or decline right from the same interface.
• Custom markup calculator – I need an on-page tool where I can enter an employee’s hourly rate and instantly show the employer the final bill rate after payroll, insurance, and my margin. The formula and percentages have to be editable from the admin panel.
• Invoicing – once a job is completed the system should generate a branded PDF invoice and email it to the employer automatically.
• Worker types – the workflow must recognise temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct placement assignments so I can track each category separately.
• Authentication – simple email-and-password sign-up/login with password-reset and basic “remember me” functionality.
Please bring a modern tech stack, responsive design principles, and—most important—a fun and creative UI that matches my agency’s upbeat tone. After hand-off I want clear instructions or a short Loom walk-through so I can adjust calculator values, add new job fields, and export invoices without touching code.
If you’re comfortable integrating these modules end-to-end and can suggest the best framework or CMS to keep future scaling painless, let’s talk timelines and milestones.
