Fullstack Developer for AI-Driven Transcription App

We are looking for an experienced Fullstack Developer to build a web application that automatically transcribes lecture recordings, cleans audio noise, generates structured AI summaries, and provides an interactive audio player synced with text.

Tech Stack:

Frontend: React.js, Tailwind CSS / UI library

Backend: Python (FastAPI), Async Task Queue (Celery/Redis or Background Tasks), PostgreSQL/MongoDB

AI & Audio Processing: OpenAI Whisper (STT), OpenAI API / Llama 3 (LLM), FFmpeg / noisereduce (Audio preprocessing)

Key Features & Requirements:

User Dashboard & Auth: Project management, upload history, and asynchronous task status tracking.

Audio Processing Pipeline: Support for long audio/video files (60+ min, .mp3, .wav, .mp4), noise reduction, and level normalization.

AI Transcription & Summarization: Accurate Speech-to-Text with timestamps, automated summary generation, and key terminology/glossary extraction.

Interactive Workspace (Core UI): Custom audio player synchronized with text (clicking a text segment jumps the audio to that timestamp, and vice versa), interactive notes, and PDF/DOCX export.

Clean Architecture: Scalable codebase, Focus Mode UI, and high performance for heavy background tasks.
