Full UGC Content Creator for Car-Service App (Concept + Shoot + Edit, Ongoing Monthly)

We're building Odo, an app that helps car owners in India track service history, expenses, and get fair pricing on repairs. We need a UGC creator who owns Reels end-to-end idea, shoot (talking-head/relatable, not ad-style), edit, deliver ready-to-post. We can't shoot or script ourselves, so this person needs to run independently.

You handle everything: concepts/hooks around car-owner pain points (overcharging, forgetting service dates, unfair pricing), shooting it yourself (talking-head/day-in-life/skits, plus screen-recording the app when needed), editing (captions, audio, pacing, hook), delivering 8-10 reels/month ready to post.

We supply: app access/login for screen-recording, brand tone (relatable, not corporate) + running list of pain points, feedback on drafts.

Requirements: portfolio of 3-5 reels you personally conceptualized + shot + edited (view counts a plus), comfortable on camera/voiceover, Hinglish fluent, self-directed (pitches concepts, not just executes briefs), steady monthly output.

Scope & Budget: trial of 2-3 reels first (fixed price), then 8-10 reels/month at ₹6,000-10,000/month — higher than editing-only since this covers concept + shoot too. Content role only, not paid-ads/growth that's separate.

How to apply: 3-5 self-shot-and-edited reels, monthly output capacity, rate for 8-10/month.
