I need a Twilio account created, configured, and ready for hand-off to my in-house developer. The account will hold two numbers: a main line with an IVR and a direct line for the receptionist.
Voice flow
• When someone calls the main number they should hear a brief greeting, then an IVR menu that lets them press a key for Reception, leave a voicemail, or speak to a team member.
• Call transfers must work smoothly, and I need the ability to pull additional parties onto the same call for ad-hoc conferences.
Messaging
• SMS must be enabled on both numbers, with my website fully A2P-compliant and approved so users can text us directly from the site.
• Group texts and replies to group threads have to function as naturally as one-to-one messages.
• WhatsApp Business messaging is required for both inbound and outbound chats, participation in group chats, and posting status updates.
Other essentials
• Please secure the account, apply best-practice configuration, and document any SID, Auth Token, and webhook URLs my developer will need for CRM integration.
• I will need an estimate of Twilio’s recurring monthly cost based on typical U.S. voice minutes, domestic SMS, and WhatsApp usage so I can budget correctly.
• Let me know your timeline to complete the setup and your fee (fixed or milestone-based).
