Full-Time Web & Mobile QA

I need a dedicated Full-time QA engineer to run ongoing manual testing for our customer-facing web app as well as the companion iOS and Android builds. The mission is simple: uncover every functional or usability issue before each weekly release and document it clearly so the engineering team can act fast.

Scope of daily work
• Design and maintain concise test plans and checklists that cover all user flows on Web, iOS, and Android.
• Execute manual functionality and usability tests against staging and production builds.
• Reproduce, capture, and prioritise defects with clear steps, screenshots, or screen recordings in Jira.
• Verify fixes during regressions and keep our TestRail (or similar) repository up to date.
• Collaborate in stand-ups and release retrospectives to refine acceptance criteria.

Acceptance criteria for each sprint
1. A complete, version-controlled test suite covering new and existing features.
2. A defect log with severity, reproducibility steps, environment, and supporting evidence.
3. A signed-off regression pass confirming zero blocker or critical issues before deployment.

Tool stack we already use includes Jira, TestRail, Chrome DevTools, Xcode simulators, and Android Studio emulators—happy to integrate any additional manual QA aids you prefer.

This is a full-time engagement aligned with Thailand working hours, kicking off immediately or next week for the foreseeable future as our product grows.

We are looking for someone who will take ownership of bug reporting, become an expert in our product over time, and ensure no issues slip through before release.
