Full-Time Customer Support & Technical Assistance

We are looking for an experienced, fast, and efficient customer support representative with excellent computer skills and strong typing speed.

This is a full-time position. You must be available to dedicate your full working time to this job. If you are unable to commit fully, please do not apply.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer support through email.
- Respond to customers quickly and professionally.
- Provide remote assistance to customers.
- Guide customers through software installation and activation.
- Troubleshoot software-related issues and provide solutions.
- Work efficiently while handling multiple customers and tasks.
- Navigate quickly between applications, tabs, and tools.

Working Hours

- 10 hours per day
- 7 days per week
- Full-time availability is required.
