Full-Time Spanish-Speaking Real Estate Acquisition Assistant – AI & Email Outreach
We are looking for a full-time, long-term virtual assistant who speaks Spanish fluently and is comfortable working with AI tools such as ChatGPT.
This is a simple but repetitive position. You do not need to be a real estate expert when you start. We will teach you our process.
Your main responsibility will be helping our real estate investment company submit offers on properties that are currently listed for sale and follow up with real estate agents until we find profitable deals.
Main Responsibilities
You will be trained to:
Review properties that are currently listed for sale.
Use AI to help analyze and prepare offers.
Learn how to prepare real estate purchase contracts using our templates and instructions.
Send offers and contracts to Realtors.
Write professional emails using AI.
Follow up consistently with Realtors regarding our offers.
Keep track of responses, counteroffers, rejected offers, and accepted offers.
Continue following up until we are able to negotiate a good deal.
Help organize contracts, emails, property information, and deal status.
Perform similar repetitive administrative tasks related to real estate acquisitions.
The majority of the job consists of sending offers, sending emails, preparing contracts, and following up with Realtors.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who:
Speaks Spanish fluently.
Has good written English or is comfortable using AI to communicate professionally in English.
Knows how to use ChatGPT or similar AI tools.
Is comfortable learning new software and systems.
Can follow instructions carefully.
Is organized and consistent.
Is comfortable performing repetitive tasks every day.
Has reliable internet and a computer.
Is interested in learning about real estate investing.
Is looking for a long-term, full-time position.
Real estate experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person.
Compensation
Starting hourly rate: $2.00/hour
In addition to your hourly pay, there is an opportunity to earn a 5% commission based on our net profit from deals you help us acquire that are successfully sold and closed.
For example:
Our average profit on a successful deal is approximately $10,000.
If the company makes a $10,000 net profit:
Your 5% commission = $500
That means that if you help us successfully acquire and close one average deal in a month, you could potentially earn approximately $500 in commission in addition to your regular hourly pay.
There is no guarantee regarding the number of deals or commission income, since this depends on successfully finding, negotiating, acquiring, and selling profitable properties.

If after approximately 6 months you are consistently performing well and helping the company acquire successful deals, we are open to:
Increasing your hourly rate.
Increasing your commission percentage.
Giving you additional responsibilities.

What This Job Is Really About
This is not a complicated position, but consistency is extremely important.
We may submit many offers before one gets accepted.
You must be comfortable:
Sending offers → Following up → Negotiating → Sending more offers → Following up again → Continuing until we find a deal.
AI will help you with much of the writing and communication. We will teach you the real estate side and provide the systems and instructions you need.
