Full-Time Remote Operations Support

I’m streamlining day-to-day operations and need a dedicated remote professional who can keep information flowing smoothly from order placement through final follow-up. The role is fully remote and full-time, centred on hands-on operational support rather than front-line customer service.

You’ll be working across three core areas:
• Data entry and spreadsheet management: capture new records, verify existing data, and build concise weekly and monthly reports in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Order processing and tracking: create orders in our system, monitor shipment status, coordinate with carriers, and flag any delays before they escalate.
• Customer-related updates: log inbound requests that reach operations, adjust account notes, and ensure every action is reflected accurately in the CRM by end of day.

Success is measured by error-free data, on-time report delivery, and orders that reach customers without surprises. Familiarity with spreadsheets, cloud CRMs, and standard email/chat tools is essential; everything else can be learned quickly if you’re organised and detail-driven.
