I create entertaining Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and the occasional longer vlog, and I need a full-time editor who thrives on fast-paced, energetic storytelling driven by eye-catching creative transitions. Each week you’ll receive batches of raw 4K footage; your mission is to carve out the most engaging moments, weave them into thumb-stopping clips, and keep viewers hooked from the very first second.

The role covers everything from trimming silence and adding punchy music or SFX to colour-grading, motion graphics, and vivid captions that match the beat. I favour whip-pans, match cuts, speed ramps, and other inventive effects over simple quick cuts, so bring your After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci skills—the tool is up to you as long as the result feels electric.

You’ll deliver:
• Short-form vertical videos (≤60 s, 1080×1920) and occasional horizontal YouTube edits (up to 8 min)
• Platform-ready exports plus one thumbnail for each video

A submission is accepted when pacing stays relentless, captions are typo-free, colours pop, audio levels are balanced, and files upload without issue.
