Full-Time Full-Stack Developer Needed

I’m adding a full-time full-stack developer to my team to help me take several web applications from concept to production and then maintain them long term. You’ll work across the entire stack, but everything we build is centred on Python/Django and Ruby on Rails, so solid, real-world experience with both frameworks is essential.

Day-to-day you’ll refine product requirements with me, design database schemas, write clean, well-tested server-side code, and wire it all to responsive front-end components. You should be comfortable setting up CI/CD pipelines, managing cloud deployments, and jumping between feature work and quick fixes without losing momentum.

The position is genuinely full time—40 hours each week, long-term—so I’m looking for someone who is available during the majority of EU business hours, can communicate clearly in English, and treats code reviews and documentation as part of the development process, not afterthoughts.
