Full-Time Flooring Estimator

I run a busy commercial flooring company in Australia and need a committed estimator who can take full ownership of our quoting pipeline. All work is commercial—no residential or industrial jobs—and the typical packages you will price include carpet tiles, vinyl flooring, tiling, waterproofing, and sand & cement screed.

The role is 100 % remote; drawings, finishes schedules, and scope notes will be supplied electronically, and I’ll rely on you to return clean, fully costed estimates without the need for site visits.

Core expectations
• Produce precise quantity take-offs directly from digital plans
• Build complete cost estimates that break out materials, labour, prelims, and margins
• Flag clarifications or RFIs promptly so our bids stay accurate and competitive
• Format a concise summary I can forward to clients
