I’m bringing our very first full-time employee on board and want a professionally drafted contract I can issue with confidence. The role will mix administrative duties, sales and customer service interactions, plus a slice of technical support and maintenance, so the agreement must reflect that broad scope while staying concise and readable for the new hire.
