About the Client

Our client is a globally recognized researcher and the developer of an innovative, non-invasive
neurological therapy based at a leading European medical university. To better serve international
patients and share cutting-edge scientific updates, the center is completely rebuilding its digital
presence from the ground up.

Project Overview
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Freelance Full-Stack Web Developer to architect
and build a completely new, multi-domain capable website on a state-of-the-art technology stack.
The primary challenge and core feature of this project is to create an intuitive, custom frontend
editing experience for the lead researcher.
He needs to be able to effortlessly write and publish blog articles directly from the frontend. Upon
publication, the system must automatically translate these articles into the target languages of the
international domains and seamlessly publish them online.

Key Deliverables & Features
Modern Multi-Domain Architecture: Set up a highly scalable, future-proof tech stack (e.g.,
Headless CMS + Next.js/Nuxt) that supports multiple domains (.at, .com, .de, etc.) with
localized content.

Custom Frontend Editor: Develop a secure, distraction-free frontend writing interface tailored
specifically for the lead medical expert. He should be able to compose, format, and publish
articles without needing to navigate a complex backend or dashboard.
Automated Translation Workflow: Integrate a high-quality translation API (such as DeepL or
OpenAI) that triggers upon article publication. The system must automatically translate the
content and instantly push it to the respective regional domains.
Comprehensive SEO Optimization: Implement advanced technical SEO best practices,
including meta-data management, hreflang tags for multi-language domains, structured data,
fast loading times (Core Web Vitals), and mobile-first design.
Premium UI/UX Design: Translate medical and academic authority into a clean, modern, and
accessible frontend design.

Core Challenge: The successful candidate will not just install off-the-shelf plugins, but
engineer a seamless, automated bridge between frontend content creation, AI/API-driven
translation, and multi-domain deployment.

Technical Requirements
Deep expertise in modern web frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, Vue, Nuxt) and modern CMS
architectures (Headless CMS like Sanity, Storyblok, Strapi, or highly customized modern
WordPress).
Proven track record with multi-language and multi-domain routing and architecture.
Extensive experience with third-party API integrations (specifically automated translation
services and webhooks).
Strong knowledge of technical SEO, performance optimization, and internationalization (i18n).
Excellent English communication skills (German is a plus but not mandatory).
