The goal is to take an idea that is still on the drawing board and turn it into a fully deployed, production-ready web application. Because the business model is still evolving, the technology stack is not locked in; React-Node, Angular-Spring, or Vue-Laravel are all possibilities, and I am open to other modern combinations if they better suit performance, long-term maintenance, or hosting constraints.
Scope of work
The project covers everything from designing the initial data model to setting up the CI/CD pipeline. That includes building a responsive front-end, a scalable back-end API, and wiring the two together with secure authentication, role-based access control, and any payment or real-time features we decide on during discovery. I will provide wireframes, a feature wish-list, and branding assets once we agree on high-level architecture; thorough technical documentation and unit/integration tests should accompany each major module.
Deliverables
• MVP deployed on a cloud host of your choice (AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar)
• Source code in a private Git repository with clear commit history
• README covering local setup, environment variables, and build commands
• Automated test suite with coverage report
• Brief hand-over session or screencast walking through the codebase and deployment steps
Acceptance criteria
A user can create an account, sign in securely, and complete at least one end-to-end business flow without console errors, failed tests, or security warnings flagged by automated scans. Performance on core pages should score green in Google Lighthouse, and the codebase must pass a peer review for readability and modularity.
Timeline and milestones will be broken down once the stack and feature set are finalized.
