Junior Software Engineer – AI Code Evaluation | Remote | $150–$200/hr

We are seeking talented software engineers to contribute to an advanced AI training project associated with micro1 and a leading AI lab.

This remote contract opportunity focuses on evaluating AI-generated code, solving challenging programming problems, and improving the quality and reasoning capabilities of next-generation AI systems.

Responsibilities

- Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and quality.
- Develop coding challenges, reference solutions, and test cases.
- Review algorithms, data structures, debugging approaches, and software architecture.
- Analyze technical reasoning and provide detailed written feedback.
- Collaborate on complex software engineering evaluation tasks.

Requirements

- At least 1 year of professional software engineering experience at a leading technology company, preferably within the last 3 years.
- Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, system design, and debugging.
- Experience with professional code review and software development.
- Excellent written English communication.
- Candidates based in English-speaking countries are preferred.
