Full-Stack Student-Recruiter Platform Build

I’m assembling a cross-platform solution that links university students to corporate recruiters through three core experiences:

• Student profiles that hold rich, searchable content—at launch this means text descriptions and images, with embedded project links and dynamic skill tags.
• A job board where students slice results by role type, location, domain and salary.
• A Kanban-style ATS for recruiters, mirrored by a real-time status dashboard on the student side.

Authentication is social-only for now, using Google OAuth. Please structure the auth layer so additional providers or SSO can drop in later without a refactor.

Tech stack expectations
Web: React.js or Next.js.
Mobile: Flutter or React Native—feature parity with the web version.
Backend: Node.js or Python, REST (or GraphQL if you prefer) secured with strict RBAC.

Acceptance criteria
1. Google OAuth login flows pass security audit and basic pen-test.
2. Profiles save and render text, images and tag data flawlessly across devices.
3. Job filters return results in under 300 ms for a 100k-posting dataset.
4. Recruiter pipeline updates reflect on the student dashboard within two seconds.

Your approach, tool preference between the listed options, and any reusable components you intend to incorporate will help me gauge timeline accuracy. I’m aiming for clean, well-documented code that can scale as we add video, document uploads, or new auth methods down the road.
