Looking for a full-stack developer to review and productionize an existing SaaS codebase (built largely with AI assistance) for a B2B web application.
Scope of work:
Review and refactor Python backend and React frontend
Fix UI/frontend issues and improve overall polish
Harden the application for production (error handling, performance, reliability)
Implement security best practices (authentication, multi-tenancy, data protection)
Set up or improve deployment pipeline (CI/CD, hosting)
Provide documentation for the codebase
Required experience: Python, React, REST API design, authentication and multi-tenancy, and shipping production SaaS. Strong grasp of testing, code quality, and secure coding. Clear written English.
Bonus: experience taking AI-generated or prototype code to production standard.
You'll collaborate with an existing developer and use Git-based workflows. Willingness to sign an NDA before code access is required.
In your proposal, briefly describe how you'd approach reviewing an unfamiliar AI-generated codebase.
