Full-Stack SaaS & App Development

The project centres on creating a multi-tenant SaaS platform that runs smoothly on both web and mobile while weaving in AI-powered features such as chatbots, business-process automation and system-to-system integrations. I already have a high-level product roadmap and wireframes; what’s missing is the engineering muscle to turn those concepts into production-ready software.

Preferred stack
• Backend: Node.js or Laravel
• Mobile: Flutter for a single code-base that deploys natively to iOS and Android
• Front-end: React, Vue or another modern JS framework—happy to align with your expertise
• AI layer: OpenAI, Dialogflow or comparable NLP service for chatbot and automation logic
• Database & hosting: PostgreSQL or MongoDB on a scalable cloud environment (AWS, GCP or Azure)

Core deliverables
1. A modular, secure SaaS foundation with role-based access, billing hooks and tenant isolation
2. Web dashboard with responsive UI that mirrors functionality in the Flutter mobile apps
3. AI chatbot embedded across both web and mobile, trained on provided knowledge bases
4. Workflow automation engine that lets me connect third-party tools through REST or GraphQL APIs
5. Admin panel and CRM-style reporting to oversee users, subscriptions and analytics
6. Documentation, unit tests and CI/CD pipelines so future updates are friction-free

Acceptance criteria will be tied to successful end-to-end tests: user signup, payment, core feature execution and AI responses must all complete within agreed performance benchmarks. Source code stays in a private Git repository I will provide; each milestone closes when the pull request is reviewed, merged and deployed to staging.
