Full-Stack Responsive Web Application

I plan to launch a modern, mobile-first web application and need everything built from the ground up—frontend, backend, and database. The interface must feel light and intuitive on phones as well as large screens, with page transitions that stay below perceptible latency. React (or a comparable JS framework) on the client and Python (Flask or FastAPI) on the server are my leading candidates, but I’m happy to hear alternative stacks if they help us reach better performance or maintainability.

Key requirements
• Data will live in a SQL store—PostgreSQL or MySQL is fine—so design a tidy schema, handle migrations, and include an ORM layer.
• Sign-in must rely on OAuth (Google, Facebook, or both) for smoother onboarding.
• The first release needs a user-facing dashboard; admin or analytics modules can remain future enhancements.
• Security, rate limiting, and input validation have to be in place from day one.
• Code quality matters: type hints, linting, and clear modularity will make later iterations easier.

Deliverables
1. Complete, well-commented source code in a public or private repository of my choice.
2. A one-command local setup script (Docker-compose preferred) plus a short README that covers environment variables, database seeding, and how to run tests.
3. Basic automated test suite that exercises critical routes and database calls.
4. Deployed demo (Heroku, Render, or similar) to verify performance and responsiveness.
