# Senior Full-Stack Developer Required – Next.js / Turborepo CRM Project

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer / Software Architect to complete an existing multi-tier healthcare/CRM platform.

This is not a project from scratch. A significant portion of the architecture, database, UI, APIs, CRM modules, and features has already been developed. We need an experienced developer who can understand the existing codebase, identify gaps, complete pending functionality, fix issues, integrate required services, test complete workflows, and take the platform to production.

Before starting major development, the developer must audit the existing codebase and provide a clear technical assessment covering:

* Missing workflows
* Integration gaps
* Production-readiness issues
* Recommended implementation plan

After the audit, development will continue according to the agreed roadmap.

## Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer or Software Architect who can take ownership of an existing complex application from codebase audit through final production deployment.

The selected developer should be able to independently understand the architecture, identify what is missing, complete features, implement business logic, integrate external services, test end-to-end workflows, resolve technical issues, and make the platform production-ready.
