Full-Stack ERP Refinement and Python Migration

We have developed a complete **ERP system for a Dubai-based Interior Design company**. The ERP was initially developed almost completely using **AI-assisted development**, and now we need an experienced developer/team to professionally review, fine-tune, stabilize, deploy, and migrate the system.

We are looking for **complete technical guidance and development support from the current stage to production-ready ERP**.

### Scope of Work

1. **Existing ERP Technical Audit**

* Review the complete existing codebase.
* Understand the current architecture and functionality.

* Recommend the best production-ready architecture.

2. **Database Setup & Optimization**

* Review the existing database structure.
* Properly configure the production database.

* Set up proper backup and recovery procedures.
* Optimize database performance and security.
* Ensure the database architecture is scalable for future users and projects.

3. **VPS / Server Deployment**

* Guide us in selecting the appropriate VPS/server.
* Complete server configuration.
* Deploy the ERP on the VPS.
* Configure domain, SSL, environment variables and required services.
* Set up production database and storage.
* Configure automated deployment and backups.
* Provide proper server documentation.

4. **Complete ERP Fine-Tuning**

* Review every module and functionality.
* Fix existing bugs and UI/UX issues.
* Improve performance and loading speed.
* Improve security and authentication.
* Ensure all modules work correctly together.
* Make the ERP production-ready and scalable.

5. **Complete Migration to Python**

We currently want to migrate the ERP backend/application to a **Python-based technology stack**.
