Full Stack Developer with Replit Expertise

# Senior Full Stack Developer & Replit Expert – Long-Term Partnership ($10–$15/hour)

We are looking for an experienced **Full Stack Developer with strong Replit expertise** for a long-term collaboration on various web applications, business tools, and AI-powered projects.

### Required Skills

- **Frontend:** React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript
- **Backend:** Node.js, Python, REST APIs
- **Databases:** PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
- **Replit:** Application development, debugging, deployment, and maintenance
- **DevOps:** VPS, Linux servers, Docker, GitHub
- **AI Integration:** OpenAI, Claude, APIs, and workflow automation

We need someone capable of developing new features, troubleshooting existing applications, optimizing performance, and managing technical integrations.

### Important – Working Conditions

Depending on the task, we use two working methods:

**1. Authorized Access:** For certain projects, we may provide controlled access to Replit, servers, or development environments.

**2. Screen Sharing Only:** For other projects, all work must be performed live via Google Meet or Zoom, with temporary remote control when necessary.

**No direct account or server access is permitted unless explicitly authorized by us.** The working method is determined separately for each task.

### Hourly Rate – Strict Budget

**$10–$15 USD per hour ONLY.**

- Hourly billing exclusively —
- no fixed-price packages on specific tasks only.
- The agreed hourly rate must remain unchanged throughout our collaboration.
- No additional charges based on project size, complexity, or business activity.
- Potential for regular assignments and long-term cooperation.
