Full-Stack Developer - Remote

Novatech is looking for a Junior to Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer with strong English communication skills.

English communication is the most important requirement for this role. Candidates should be comfortable speaking English in meetings, explaining technical ideas, asking questions, and providing regular progress updates.

Requirements
Strong spoken and written English, preferably C1 or C2 level
Junior to mid-level full-stack development skills
HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with React, Next.js, Angular, Vue, or similar
Experience with Node.js, Python, Java, PHP, C#, or similar
Basic knowledge of APIs, databases, Git, and authentication
Reliable communication and ability to work remotely

TypeScript, cloud, Docker, CI/CD, automated testing, and SQL/NoSQL experience are helpful but not required.

Full-time or part-time availability
$10-$80 USD/hour depending on experience and skills
