# Build an AI-Powered Personal Training Studio Management App — MVP

## Project Overview

We are looking for an experienced **Full-Stack Developer / App Development Team** to build the MVP of **Ulpha Coaching OS**, an AI-powered coaching and studio management platform designed for in-person personal training studios.

This is **not simply a workout tracking app**.

The goal is to create a centralized operating system connecting **studio owners, personal trainers and clients**, while using AI to improve coaching quality, client accountability, progress tracking and studio operations.

We are initially looking to build a scalable MVP, with the potential for continued development and a long-term partnership.

## User Roles

The application will initially support three main user types:

### 1. Studio Owner / Admin

Owners should be able to:

* Manage trainers and clients
* Assign clients to trainers
* View active clients
* Monitor attendance
* Review trainer activity
* View client progress
* View studio performance dashboards
* Access monthly reports
* Review important alerts and insights

### 2. Trainer

Trainers should be able to:

* View daily clients/sessions
* Access complete client profiles

The database architecture should be designed carefully because client/session/program data will become the foundation for future AI capabilities.
