Techealth Apex Private Limited is developing a comprehensive Fleet Management, GPS Tracking, Live Video, AI Safety, and Telematics platform
integrated with its proprietary smart dashcam hardware. The Company is seeking a single, highly capable full-stack developer to assume end-to-end
ownership of the product across backend systems, web and mobile applications, video streaming infrastructure, cloud deployment, and quality assurance.
This position is well suited to a versatile engineer who is accustomed to building a complete product independently or within a small team, rather than
one who specializes narrowly within a single layer of the technology stack.
Key Responsibilities
Backend and IoT / Telematics Development
Integrate the BharatCam dashcam and OEM SDK/API to support device connectivity.
Process GPS coordinates, device status, telemetry data, and AI-generated events.
Develop REST APIs and WebSocket-based real-time services.
Build systems to manage vehicles, drivers, trips, alerts, and geofences.
Implement device registration, mapping, and health monitoring functionality.
Manage offline devices, duplicate or delayed data, and reconnection handling.
Design and maintain a robust PostgreSQL/PostGIS and Redis data architecture.
Ensure a secure, multi-tenant API architecture throughout the platform.
Web Application Development
Build the BharatCam Fleet Command Center dashboard.
Present fleet-wide key performance indicators, live vehicle status, and interactive maps.
Develop modules for Vehicles, Drivers, Trips, Alerts, Geofencing, and Reports.
Integrate live and event-based video within the dashboard interface.
Implement real-time updates via WebSocket connections.
Deliver a responsive interface compatible with desktop, tablet, and mobile browsers.
Mobile Application Development (Android and iOS)
Develop BharatCam mobile applications with fleet dashboard and live tracking capability.
Provide vehicle, driver, trip, and alert management functionality.
Integrate live video and playback features where technically supported.
Implement push notifications, secure local storage, and user authentication.
Publish and maintain applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Video Streaming Infrastructure
Integrate live dashcam video, playback, snapshots, and download functionality.
Support camera and channel selection with reliable stream reconnection.
Develop and maintain the video gateway, optimizing for latency and bandwidth.
Ensure secure access controls for video content and streaming URLs.
Cloud Infrastructure and DevOps
Design and maintain AWS infrastructure across Development, Staging, and Production environments.
Configure databases, Redis, storage, networking, SSL, and CI/CD pipelines.
Implement monitoring, logging, backup, and alerting systems.
Optimize infrastructure performance and manage cloud costs effectively.
Quality Assurance and Testing
Conduct testing of APIs, GPS tracking accuracy, AI-generated alerts, and live video streams.
Verify stability of WebSocket connections under varying network conditions.
Perform regression, load, and user acceptance testing as required.
Ensure multi-tenant data security and appropriate access permission controls.
